Padel Tournament Regulations

Game System

  • Elimination draw + consolation (2 matches guaranteed).

  • Matches are best of 3 sets with a golden point.

  • If sets are tied, a 10-point super tiebreak will decide the winner.

Ranking Restrictions

  • Men’s category: Players ranked in the Top 100 of the FPM ranking are not eligible.

  • Women’s category: Players ranked in the Top 50 of the FPM ranking are not eligible.

Category Registration

  • Players may register in up to two categories if one of them is Mixed.

  • The Mixed category must be equal to or higher than the player’s men’s or women’s category.

Acceptance of Regulations: by registering for an ADIDAS PADEL TOUR tournament, all participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Regulations.

  • You can contact the referee of the club where the tournament is played, he is the person who can best advise you on which category you can play. 

  • Yes, you can register in up to two categories, taking into account that priority will be given to the category of the player with the highest level of the couple (example: if a player plays in men's category 3, which is his level, he can also register in category 2, but never in category 4).

  • You can change partners as long as you have not played the first match of the tournament and you have previously notified the referee. The substitute partner must be of a similar or lower level than the substituted partner, never of a higher level.

  • No, it is not needed to take part of the tournament.
